Yes, we offer free UK shipping on all orders.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to ship within 24 hours of receiving an order, on a 48 hour service, so you should receive your order within 3 working days.
Do you offer free returns?
We do not offer free returns, but if your pack is unopened, you can contact us at admin@canis-nine.com and we will give you instructions for returning to us. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for opened packs.
How often should I give my dog CAN9?
CAN9 is a daily all-in-one supplement, designed to fulfil all your dog's needs. For optimal results, give half the daily dose in the morning and half in the evening. The daily dose is 1g per 1kg of dog body weight.
How much CAN9 should my dog take?
The dose size varies with the weight of your dog. 1g of CAN9 daily per 1kg of dog bodyweight. For an everage sized dog (10kg), this would be 10g per day, or 2 of the scoops provided in the pack.
Are there any allergens in CAN9?
The only major allergen group is fish as we use Type II Collagen, which is derived from fish.
Are all the ingredients safe for dogs?
Not only safe, but beneficial. All our ingredients are backed by extensive research and have been tested thoroughly on dogs. We only want the best for your best friend!!
Is CAN9 stocked in any stores?
Currently CAN9 is only available through our website, but we hope to be available at pet stores and vets in the coming months.
Do you offer samples?
Unfortunately as we are online only, we cannot offer samples, however this is something we hope to be able to do in the near future.
